Home Service

At PC Medic we believe that many repairs and upgrades  can be performed on-site in your own home. We have no call-out charge and when we arrive we will perform an assessment of the work to be undertaken and provide you with a detailed estimate of the cost. If you are happy with us performing the work, it will either be performed there and then, if possible, or we will bring your PC back to our workshop for repair/upgrading, and return it to you at no extra cost.

Unfortunately, we can only provide this service to Dublin’s Southside at this time. If you are outside the area marked on the map below, there will be a callout charge - please give us a call for details. We also have a congestion charge for all calls in Dublin city inside the canal - again, call for details.

Service Hours

Here at PC Medic, we appreciate that many of our customers live busy lives and that the traditional business hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm are not always convenient.  For this reason, PC Medic operates from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Friday and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays. We will also respond on Sundays at no extra charge if you have a crisis on your hands, subject to availability.

Customer Satisfaction

PC Medic strives to offer all our customers a value for money service and to ensure that all work carried out is done to the satisfaction of our customers.

All new hardware supplied by PC Medic comes with a 12-month no-quibble guarantee. If the hardware has any problems within 12 months of being fitted by PC Medic we will replace it free of charge or refund your money in full.

Due to the nature of PCs and operating systems, and how PCs are used, we cannot give a guarantee that your PC will work without issues for an indefinite period of time after being serviced by PC Medic. As customers will need to install new software and hardware on their machines on an ongoing basis, as well as connect to the internet and possibly download files from there, these actions can cause instability in a previously stable system. Notwithstanding this, if you are not satisfied with the work carried out on your system by PC Medic please bring it to our attention within 7 days of the system being returned to you and we will be happy to remedy the issue free-of-charge - provided the issue relates to the original problem.
