Accidents can and will happen. An important file gets deleted and the recycle bin gets emptied by mistake. Your important information is gone forever. Not necessarily.
When you delete a file on your computer you are not physically removing the file from your hard disk - you are merely raising a flag that the information stored where the file is may now receive other information once the recycle bin has been emptied. Even when you empty the recycle bin you do not remove the data from the disk. However, to recover data from an emptied recycle bin requires specialized tools and even then it may not be possible to recover the deleted files intact.
If you believe that you have inadvertently deleted an important file you have the best chance of recovering it if you do no further work with the computer. Don’t save any further data to the disk (you run the risk of overwriting the file you want to recover), don’t run any new programs and don’t switch the computer off - do nothing except call PC Medic.
We can recover data, be it e-mail, photos, documents, spreadsheets, etc., that have been deleted from the hard disk, even if the disk has been reformatted. We can also recover data from both PCs and laptops that will not boot.
Call us to recover that important data.
